- ➤ Today, Intersand America Corp won an incentive package from Windsor that offers a 50% personal property tax reimbursement over 10 years as it plans to expand its facility with a new 68,000-square-foot warehouse—adding 8 to 10 employees and investing $1.5 million in new equipment.
